La serie se centra en las experiencias de Macarena en la cárcel. Ella es una mujer buena, inocente y educada, que siempre consigue todo lo que quiere, hasta que se enamora del hombre equivocado y, por amor, comete varios delitos de blanqueo de dinero. En el juicio, la condenan a siete años de prisión, pero ella cree que es un error y pronto saldrá a la calle. Pero el tiempo pasa, y Macarena se da cuenta de que tiene que adaptarse si quiere sobrevivir. Así que deberá cambiar para crear vínculos con las otras reclusas, aunque algunas de ellas sean violentas y muy peligrosas.

A TV show: Locked Up
The series focuses on Macarena’s experiences in prison. She is a good, innocent and polite woman, who always gets everything that she wants, until she falls in love with the wrong man, and because of love, she commits several crimes of money laundering. At the trial, she is sentenced to seven years of jail time, but she believes it is a mistake and she will be soon out on the street. But time passes and Macarena realizes that she has to adapt if she wants to survive. So she will have to change in order to create links with the other inmates, although some of them are violent and very dangerous.
If you liked Orange is the New Black, you cannot miss Locked Up.
