“Ya está todo el pescao vendido.” (Lit. All the fish is already sold).

We use this phrase when we want to express that there is nothing else to expect from a situation.
Example 1: You are a Giants fan. It is the last 10 minutes on the Superbowl and the Giants are losing by a 20 point margin. Then you say: “Let’s go home. Aquí ya está todo el pescao vendido.”
Example 2: You voted for Joe Lhota in the last election. At 10 PM you were watching CNN and saw that Bill de Blasio was winning by a huge margin. You turned off your TV angrily and said: “Ya está todo el pescao vendido.”
